Our Pastors

Rev. Jon Albrecht

Senior Pastor

LFFC is blessed to have Rev. Jon Albrecht as Pastor, appointed by God. Jon has lived in Nebraska all of his life except for his time as a student at Rhema Bible Training College, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, where he graduated from the two-year program in 1989 and later from the third-year program in 2003. Pastor Jon has a heart for the people in the rural communities that he grew up around, and he has a desire to see the people born-again, growing in the knowledge of the Word of God, and learning to flow in the power of the Holy Spirit.

Following graduation, Jon came back to Nebraska to work under Pastor Patsy Busey in his home church, LFFC, where for thirteen years he served as Children’s Minister and then later as Associate Pastor. He was then led by the Lord to pioneer and pastor a church in McCook, Nebraska. After eight years he returned to Superior, and in 2013, he assumed his current position as Senior Pastor.

Rev. Albrecht loves to minister to people of all ages and help them to connect as family in the Body of Christ. He reaches out with love to the community and the needy as president of the local Ministerial Association as well as the county food pantry. Pastor Jon sees LFFC as a “Hub of Faith and Love in ACTION” bringing in the harvest of men, women, boys and girls by preaching and teaching the gospel of salvation before the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ!

Rev. Patsy Busey

Associate Pastor

Rev. Patsy Busey founded LFFC in 1981, and was the Senior Pastor for 32 years. In January 2013, she became the Associate Pastor, and Rev. Jon Albrecht became the Senior Pastor. She is a 1978-79 graduate of Rhema Bible Training College in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Being a native of Nebraska, she felt called to go back to her home state to start a church. Her vision has always been to build a strong ministry for children and youth, to spread the full gospel message to people in the surrounding area, and to faithfully support missions all around the world. Under her leadership, many believers have answered the call of God to go out into their own ministries, spreading the Word of Faith.

She often says, “I not only want to reach out to people, but I want to be able to teach them how to get Bible results for themselves.”
